Methods
Our Printing
Methods
Digital Printing
Digital printing is the reproduction of digital images on to physical surfaces. It’s a modern method of printing that covers a variety of different techniques including inkjet printing and laser. nkmGenuinePrint use this methods for printing Photos, Labels, newsletters, flyers, leaflets, receipts, invoices, letterheads, medium size posters and more.
Large Format Printing
This method exists to produce the maximum print roll width. It’s mostly suited to traditional advertising formats and businesses that are doing large scale advertising. Large format printing is done with either roll-fed inkjet presses or flatbed presses. For large print media such as posters, billboards, and banners, large format printing is the best option.
Screen Printing
This printing technique transfers images onto another material using a fine mesh and substance. The fine mesh is covered with the substrate and stretched out to serve as a screen. The ink is pushed onto the end material through the mesh apertures. We use this method to print logos and graphics onto clothes, fabric banners, and posters.
Transfer Printing
Transfer is the process of printing your designs onto a special, transferrable vinyl material. We can use transfer printing for both light and dark coloured T shirts or any other garments. The material used for dark T shirts and garments is slightly thicker compared to the white ones. We can use transfer printing for full-colour designs on Garments.
Offset Lithography
It is widely used method of mass-production printing. This method involves printing plates made from aluminium. Each plate holds an image of the content that is going to be printed. The content of these plates is then transferred, or “offset” onto rollers or blankets. We can use this method to print books, receipts, stationery and more.
Flexography
Flexography, also called flexo, is the modern version of letterpress printing. It is mostly used for packaging covers and labels. nkmGenuinePrint experts use this technique for printing plastic bags, juice cartons, disposable cups, and chocolate bar wrappers, as well as anything with continuous patterns like wallpaper and gift wrap.
